Processing Time:

All products are made to order, and prioritized in the order they are received.

Please allow 2-3 days from the start of production

Leather:

Each cut of leather is original and distinct from the next.

Slight variations such as character, subtle color shifts, and thickness may apply.

Refunds:

Due to the customized nature of made-to-order products, all sales are final.

In the case of manufacture defects, I will absolutely replace the item with valid proof of defect. In addition, any thread defects/abrasion are covered by a free restitching policy.
